About Ashbard Global Agency

Safe, compassionate in-home support for seniors, recovering patients and individuals living with disability across Calgary and surrounding areas — personalized care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life.

Who We Are

Ashbard Global Agency is a locally run provider of in-home personal care, companionship and daily living support — built on the belief that everyone deserves to age and recover safely in the place they call home. We work alongside individuals, families and community supports to create supportive routines that people can rely on.

Our services span personal care, homemaking, respite, companionship, dementia and palliative support, medication reminders, and 24/7 live-in care. Every engagement begins with a home visit and ends with a written care plan — clear hours, clear pricing, and the same familiar caregivers each week.

Our Mission

To make staying at home a genuinely safe choice — by pairing families with screened, well-trained caregivers, and by staying small enough that you always speak to the people coordinating the care.

Our Vision

A community where every senior, every recovering patient and every person living with disability can remain at home — supported, respected and fully part of the life around them. We are working towards care in Calgary, Edmonton and across Alberta that families can trust without hesitation, delivered by caregivers who are valued as much as the people they look after.

Our Values

Dignity first

Every visit is built around the person — their routines, their preferences, their pace.

Consistency

The same familiar caregivers return, so trust has time to grow.

Transparency

Clear care plans, clear hours, clear pricing. No surprises for families.

Compassion

We hire for warmth as much as for skill, then train for everything else.

Our Team

Background-checked, insured and trained — matched to each household for temperament as much as for skill.

Care Coordinators

Build and adjust the care plan, and stay reachable to families.

Personal Support Workers

Daily living, mobility, bathing, dressing and meal support.

Companionship Caregivers

Friendly visits, shared activities and a steady, trusted presence.
