We collect the information you give us directly — name, address, phone number, email, and the health and care details needed to plan safe support. We may also collect limited information from referral sources, healthcare providers or family members acting on your behalf, always with your consent. When you use our website, we collect basic technical data such as the pages visited and the device used.
We use your information to carry out assessments, prepare and deliver care plans, schedule caregivers, communicate with you, process payments, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
We share information only with those who need it to provide your care — for example, the assigned caregiver and, with your consent, your doctor or other healthcare providers. We may disclose information where required by law, such as in response to a safeguarding concern or a court order.
Personal and health information is stored securely and access is limited to authorised staff and caregivers. We keep records only as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal retention requirements, then securely destroy them.
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to limit how we use it. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.
When you submit the Request Support or Contact form, the details you enter are sent to our care team to follow up with you. We do not store payment card details on our website, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
